Renewing Your QUEST Integration Coverage
Each year, Med-QUEST will conduct a review to determine if you and/or your family members still meet QUEST Integration eligibility requirements. This review process is called redetermination.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1:
Med-QUEST will mail the yearly renewal/redetermination packet to you and /or your family members several weeks before your redetermination date.Step 2:
Please fill out, sign, and return the forms, along with any extra required information. All information must be completed by the deadline provided by the state to avoid a break in coverage.
You will continue to have QUEST Integration benefits throughout this redetermination process.
If you no longer qualify for QUEST Integration
You’ll have a limited amount of time to act to get other health coverage before your Special Enrollment Period ends. You should quickly see if you are eligible for financial assistance from the government by visiting healthcare.gov.
