Video visits: for convenient care in the Northwest
You deserve the easiest, most convenient care possible for you and your family. That’s why we’re pleased to bring video visits to our Northwest members starting this month.
Video visits with your primary care provider are a great way to save time. They also keep you as comfortable as possible by bringing care to you. All you need is a camera-equipped computer, tablet, or smartphone with a high-speed connection.
Your doctor can even order a prescription for you over the course of the visit, if needed.
To get started, just download the Kaiser Permanente mobile app from the App StoreSM or on Google PlayTM.* Once you have the app, you’ll be able to schedule a video visit by calling 1-800-813-2000.
