Turning health goals into action can be tough stuff. Need some support? Teaming up with a wellness coach by phone is a great way to juice up your drive to live healthy — one call at a time. If you’re a Kaiser Permanente member, you can schedule a no-cost session today for help with making lifestyle changes that last.

Get started with your new coach

Trying to cut down on calories? Getting in shape for a walkathon? Our coaches will help you focus on many health topics so you can:

  • Eat healthier
  • Exercise more
  • Quit smoking
  • Reduce stress

Together, you’ll build an action plan — personalized to where you’re at now and where you want to be. Even if you’re not sure about what goals you’d like to reach — or how to push yourself — you’ll have support and guidance to move in a healthy direction.

Better health in smaller steps

Healthy habits don’t happen overnight — so it’s good to think big by starting small. A wellness coach can help you set up long-term goals and break them up into manageable steps. By approaching change in bite-sized chunks, you’ll get loads of inspiration from each little victory along the way.

Support to help you stick with it

If you’re struggling to stay motivated, it’s easy to schedule follow-up calls for the extra boost you may need. Your coach can offer a fresh perspective on how to blast past obstacles or reenergize your commitment to health. You can even get information on Kaiser Permanente and community resources near you for added support.
