It’s common to experience stress in your everyday life. Stress is the brain’s and body’s response to any demand, according to the National Institute of Mental Health. If you feel stressed, you’re not alone. As a Kaiser Permanente member, there are resources available to help — some at no cost. You also have many convenient ways to access these tools, so you can get the support that best fits your needs.
