New urgent care video visits in the Northwest

As a Kaiser Permanente Northwest member, you can now save yourself a trip to the doctor’s office by talking to a doctor via video — without a copay — at a time and place that are convenient for you. All you need is:
- A strong Internet connection
- A mobile device or a computer with a webcam
Not sure if a video visit is right for you?
Urgent care video or telephone visits are ideal for nonemergency conditions, including:
- Colds and flu
- Allergies and asthma
- Rashes and sunburns
- Bug bites
- Minor cuts
- Minor breaks
- Sprains
- Urinary tract infections

You can schedule a video or telephone appointment online through My Health Manager, or call Member Services at 1-800-813-2000.
Our expanded appointment hours will let you choose a time between 1 p.m. and 10 p.m. at all Northwest Region locations except the Longview-Kelso Medical Office.
