Member Services
Member Services can help you with Benefit and Coverage interpretation, co-payments and premium information, enrollment information and eligibility including the Personal Advantage, Senior Advantage Programs and other State and Federal Programs. Guidebooks are available for other areas, including the Healthwise Handbook. We help members with name or address changes, as well as with the replacement of lost or stolen Health Plan ID cards can be requested here. In addition, Member Services provides and assists members with information on the dispute resolution process and Evidence of Coverage booklets. Local Member Services is a Walk-in Center ONLY.
