Welcome to the Nephrology Specialty Department (NSD). We provide high quality, comprehensive post-kidney transplant care. Our nurse practitioners, clinical transplant coordinators, and support staff work together onsite at the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Medical Center with transplant nephrologists from The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
