When you’re busy or on the go, it can be hard to find a moment just for yourself. Instead of asking “Where can I go to unwind?” the question becomes “How can I unwind wherever I am?” Now you’ve got a great answer with our guided imagery podcasts that you can download or stream to any computer or mobile device.

 

Guided imagery is a meditation technique designed to tap into your imagination to create positive sensations that affect your whole body, emotions, and all your senses. According to the National Institutes of Health, studies have shown promising evidence that guided imagery may relieve pain, may help reduce anxiety in people with ongoing health problems, and may even serve as a valuable tool for people trying to quit smoking.
