Manage your care or your family’s health online with kp.org
- Register for your kp.org account, reset your password, or unlock your account
- Manage your family’s health via proxy access including managing your child’s health
- Access the following features on kp.org:

- Refill prescriptions online and receive mail-order
- Review your medical records
- View your upcoming preventive health screenings

Prevention screenings

Health Education services
- Register for Health Education classes
- Learn about all the health education programs and resources at the San Francisco Medical Center (including weight management, tobacco cessation, mind/body resources)
- Connect with a Wellness Coach for a lifestyle coaching appointment
- Get help with a referral to a Clinical Health Educator and/or the Personal Health Coach Program
- Check to see if you have an Advance Care Directive on file. Life Care Planning forms and information about the “First Steps” life care planning class are also available
