Did someone ‘WOW’ you today? Say thanks with a WOW service card!
Any Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa employee who has gone out of the way to provide exceptional service is eligible to receive a WOW card. The cards can be sent by both members and staff. Receiving a WOW card will put employees in the running for a prize-laden, fun-filled surprise presentation in front of their co-workers. Each month, the rewards & recognition committee reviews all the cards sent and selects two winners. Copies of the cards are sent to the employee’s manager to recognize them and share at a department meeting. Please fill out the following form and drop off at any Volunteer Information Desk.
