Harvest gardens: Harvest for the Hungry Garden delivers organically grown produce each week to four local hunger programs.

Redwood Empire Food Bank: The Redwood Empire Food Bank is the leader in hunger relief. They respond to the immediate needs of people seeking help through the provision of healthy food and nutrition education.

Food Delivery

  • Council on Aging: operating the largest meal program for seniors in Sonoma County (Meals on Wheels, Congregate Dining, Adult Day/Senior Social Club Respite Program, Therapeutic Meals, and Weekend Meals).
  • Mom’s Meals: provider of fresh-made, home-delivered meals and nutrition services for individuals desiring convenience or independent living and for patients recuperating at home or managing a chronic disease.
