Alzheimer’s and other Dementias Support Group for Caregivers
Are you caring for someone living with Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder? Attend this special support group for caregivers of those with Alzheimer’s or related disorders and gain the support of others in the same situation. Learn skills to help you manage your caregiver tasks and find out how important it is to receive care for yourself, too. Open to the community.

Parents of children and teens with ADD/ADHD meet monthly to talk and to hear from various speakers. Adults with ADD/ADHD are welcome and may find it beneficial. Open to the community.

Prostate Cancer Lecture
Are you concerned about prostate cancer? Attend this lecture, led by a Kaiser Permanente urologist, to learn about PSA testing, treatment and management options, and lifestyle and co-morbidity factors associated with prostate cancer. Good health practices, such as healthy eating, physical activity, and preventive screenings, will also be discussed. Open to the community.

Survivors’ Class – Life After Treatment
A guided discussion for patients who have completed treatment and transitioning to life after treatment. Patients will leave with a workbook, resources, and a plan for self-care. Both your physical health and emotional health are addressed by an interdisciplinary team.
